Announcement for Tournament Participants Registration.

  • Participants can register with a team of 4 members and have 1 reserve, totaling 5 members.
  • If there are only 4 members, registration is still possible.
  • The number of teams available for registration is 32 teams.

Registration Period:

  • Start: February 19th, 2024, 6:00 PM (GMT+7)
  • End: Until the team is complete.

Conditions for Registering for Niwarn Asia Tournament Season 3:

  • All participants, (including team captains and members,) must fill out the registration form provided by the organizers; otherwise, the registration will be considered incomplete.
  • In the case where the team captains fills in the information for 4 members, the team registration is considered complete when all 4 members (including the team captains) provide
  • accurate and complete information that is cross-checked, such as team name and Steam ID.
  • In the case where the team captains fills in the information for 5 members, the team registration is considered complete when all 5 members (including the team captains) provide
  • accurate and complete information that is cross-checked, such as team name and Steam ID.
  • All team members, (including team captains and members,) must use matching team names in all aspects.
  • All participants must complete their registration Until the team is complete.
  • Steam ID must be a 17-digit number; otherwise, the registration will be considered incomplete. (To find your Steam ID, click here.)
  • If there are more applicants than the available slots, consideration will be based on the order of complete registrations.
  • In-game names must be polite.
  • In the case of participants under 15 years old at the closing date of registration, a consent letter from a parent or guardian is required. (Consent letter clicke here)
  • Participants must provide their Discord User ID only (How to find User ID, click here).
  • If a substitution is needed, participants can confirm the change member by emailing hshsupport@ygg-cg.com with the subject 'Change Member'.
  • If withdrawal is necessary, participants can confirm the team's withdrawal by emailing hshsupport@ygg-cg.com with the subject 'Withdrawal from competition.'
  • Changes and withdrawals must be completed in accordance with conditions 11 and 12 by the registration period.
  • In case of emergency, withdrawal requests during the competition must be notifiedat at least 1 day before the bracket announcement.
  • Once the registration period ends, the team reserves the right not to allow changes, modifications, or additions to the list of team members and their Steam IDs.
  • Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of this tournament strictly.
  • If names of participants who qualify for the Niwarn Championship 2024 are found to be ineligible, registration will be considered incomplete. (According to rule 2.1.2)
  • The participants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information before clicking submit.
  • Once registered for the competition, players are prohibited from changing their names. If the names do not match what was registered, registration will be considered incomplete.
